  3. Remove the stem add salt 2 tsp and cover the lid(again widout soda)...
  4. Chickpeas take 2 hour to cook.. Now add potatoes in it(cut in 4 pieces).
  5. Again cook for 15min until tender...
  6. Cut tomatoes in cubes...
  7. Take gram flour dissolve in some water...
  8. Now in a pan heat oil(1/4cup) and add curry leaves...
  9. When aroma start add tomatoes cubes...
  10. When tomatoes soft add gram flour and cook for 5 min...
  11. Add little water as well to make it smooth...
  12. Now add all spices: salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,cumin powder and black pepper...
  13. Bhounfy well...
  14. Now add tamarind pulp...
  15. Cook for 2,3 min...
  16. Add potaoes cubes and chickpeas along with it's water...
  17. Mix and cover For 10min on low flame...
  18. Now cut all veggies: onion,tomato,green chillies,mint and Coriander.. mix it...
  19. Assembling: take chickpeas in a bowl add veggies Then sprinkle some chat masala.. Serve with papri...
